At Simply Dentistry of the North Shore, we offer same-day crowns using advanced CEREC® CAD/CAM technology. Traditional crowns typically require two appointments, physical impressions, a temporary crown, and several weeks of waiting for a dental laboratory to fabricate the final restoration. With CEREC technology, much of that process can be completed during a single visit.

 

Using a digital scanner, we create a precise 3D image of your tooth without the discomfort of traditional impression materials. This digital model is used to design your custom crown, which is then milled from a high-quality ceramic block in our office. Once completed, the crown is carefully fitted, adjusted, and bonded to your tooth.
